ACNP – Pediatric Hem/Onc Bone Marrow Transplant

Full-Time, Monday through Friday (8a to 5p) Including Weekend Schedule
The Division of Pediatric Oncology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine is seeking an experienced Advance Practice Provider (ACNP or experienced PA) to join a well-established group of academic Pediatric Oncologists and NPs with a long history of productivity in clinical and research settings.
Successful candidates will care for high risk Pediatric Hem/Onc - Bone Marrow Transplant patients in a University hospital setting:
Ability to independently round on hospitalized Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant patients
Assist Pediatric Oncologist on management of Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant in-patients and out-patients
Perform Hem/Onc procedures (bone marrow biopsies and lumbar punctures)
2 years’ experience preferably to include Pediatric Hem/Onc or Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant
Current Board Certification and AZ license
Critical care training and experience
CPR, BLS and ACLS certifications
Prefer TNCC or ATLS certification
Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance
